In placing a party reservation with Glitz and Glamping Party Designs LLC, either by email or by phone, the client agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Glitz and Glamping Party Designs, LLC will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement.
The rental period and time of delivery / pick up, will be established at the time of booking. The client must be present at the time of set up. If the client is not present for the arranged delivery time, the client forfeits the $50 booking deposit. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return at the agreed upon time, the refundable damage fee will be forfeited at the full amount due to expense of time and gas.
The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. G&GPD will take every care but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup begins. After set-up is complete the client will not move any of G&GPD inventory to avoid accidental damages. The client will not break down the tents, as only the staff of G&GPD is permitted to do so. If loss of hardware or damage to any of G&GPD's property occurs as an attempt to break down the party set up, the client will pay for the cost of replacing the item. If damages to the G&GPD inventory exceeds the $50 damage deposit, the client will be billed an itemized list of inventory to be replaced at full value.
A full inspection of materials will be made at the time of set up. If the customer notices a faulty item, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify G&GPD by phone as soon as the discovery is made. G&GPD will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the Client due to faulty equipment for any reason whatsoever that has occurred during or after the party. No jumping on the air mattresses or standing on breakfast trays. The customer should not attempt to repair the items.
Payment - A $50 deposit will be charged at time of booking, payable by check, cash, or Venmo. Date is held after the deposit is received and the client will receive an invoice by email or in person at the time of set-up if email is not provided. If there is a cancellation within the 7-day period, the client forfeits the $50 deposit. This deposit will also cover damages to G&GPD's property if incurred by the client. Full payment for party services is due at time of setup. The deposit is forfeited if the client is not present at the time of the agreed upon pick up.
Pets, nail polish, craft supplies, and make up are prohibited in the sleepover area. If stains are found on the tents, sheets, pillows, or plush items that cannot be removed, the replacement cost of the item will be taken out of the $50 deposit. Bedding does not need to be washed by the customer but does need to be returned dry. If bed wetting or vomiting occurs, the customer will not return the soiled items and a replacement fee will be charged. Replacement charges for other items that are damaged may also apply. The customer will be notified by call or email before the charge has been made.
Parties will strictly be held in smoke-free and hygienic environments. If Glitz and Glamping Party Designs arrives to set up in an area that has cigarette smoke odor or is unhygienic, we reserve the right to no longer render service and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
G&GPD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and decline service to certain locations in any city or neighborhood that may compromise staff safety.
G&GPD will need to park as close to the set-up area as possible (your driveway). The customer is fully responsible for the accounting of pets and children during set up and pick up times.
Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. G&GPD is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. The Client accepts all liability when renting from G&GPD. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value (taken from damage fee unless amount exceeds $50 in which case the client will be provided with an itemized bill for losses).
G&GPD will not be liable for any claim of personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused, unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of G&GPD. G&GPD’s decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions.
Photos will be taken of the staged area after set up is complete. No persons will be in the photos, only the party set up. By signing this form, the client understands that these photos will be used for advertising on social media. Photos of party attendees will not be published on social media or used in advertising unless given verbal or written permission by the legal guardian.
